PublishingTemplate

This sample shows how to create a issuance license from an existing template. See the comments at the beginning of wmain() for a more detailed description.

The usage of this sample is as follows:

  PublishingTemplate -T Template
    -T: Template to use for the issuance license
        example: myTemplate.xml
