Creating a Microsoft Windows Cluster Server Administrator Extension DLL
(using a shared copy of MFC) and Resource DLL.

A Resource DLL project and a Cluster Administrator Extension DLL project
will be generated for the "ClipBook Server" resource type.

The following options have been chosen:
- Controls a service: "ClipSrv"
- Use Network Name for computer name.
- Only one instance of the resource type is permitted in the cluster.
- Required dependencies on other resources.
