nmake (Only builds and runs under Vista)

How to Run
----------
Type SampleProvider.exe -install from an elevated window from ...\PeerToPeer\Naming\Provider
Then run SampleProvider.exe -run
After this, run the Naming Client from ...\PeerToPeer\Naming\Client
