Dynamic DPI sample

This sample demonstrates using dynamic DPI APIs to create a D2D desktop application compatible with multiple monitors running at different DPIs. This sample shows how to use existing desktop APIs in conjunction with the new dynamic DPI APIs to make a more complex desktop application that is per-monitor DPI aware.
